With a very successful history, our dryers are equipped with an air circulation system based on a combination of suction perforated drum.

Through a fan placed axially on the drum, the air is sucked in from the inside and after being heated it is returned to the outer surface. This creates an air intake on the drum's surface, which holds the fabric safely to be dried. At the same time, air passes through the fabric. They are equipped with overfeeding of the fabric and can also be supplied with side regulators for the passage of air on the fabric.

The consumption per kg of evaporated water is extremely optimized.

For large working widths, air is sucked in by two fans installed on both sides of the drum: in this way is possibile choosing between different action speeds.

Our machines are compatible with gas heating, electricity, diathermic oil, steam and superheated water.

This dryer is self-corsating. In the passage from one drum to another, the direction of the airflow passing through the fabric alternates and the contact surface is reversed. The machine is modular and composed according to the customer's needs, of a minimum of two units. It can be expanded at any time.

Vertical Design: ECV

Non-self-operating overlapping cylinder dryer. In the passage from one drum to another, the direction of the airflow passing through the fabric alternates and the contact surface is reversed. The machine consists of only two units.
