AIRBALLON ST allows to obtain a treatment with excellent results by rationalizing the processing phases after dyeing that traditionally include hydroextract by centrifuge, twisting and falding of the tubular by acorda opener.

AIRBALLOON ST2

The st2 double-squeezing air balloon allows you to knit in the same unit. A first pair of cylinders widens and squeezes the excess water, a second pair, with impregnation tray, provides the finishing operation with a dressing. The two squeezing pairs are independently controld in order to compensate for the elongation due to the squeezing effect, thus avoiding the possibility of folding.
